ก่อนทำการติดตั้ง
1. ช่างตรวจสอบขนาดห้องและขนาด BTU ของแอร์ว่าเหมาะสมหรือไม่
2. ช่างตรวจเช็คระบบไฟฟ้าว่าเพียงพอหรือไม่ (ถ้าไม่พอติดตั้งเพิ่ม)
3. ตรวจเช็คระบบกราวด์ของแอร์ว่ามีหริอไม่ (ถ้าไม่มีติดตั้งเพิ่ม)
4. เลือกตำแหน่งการติดตั้งที่ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางทางเดินอากาศ
5. ลูกค้ายืนยันเลือกตำแหน่งการติดตั้งแอร์
6. ตรวจเช็คขนาดเบรกเกอร์ที่ใช้ในการติดตั้งว่าเพียงพอหรือไม่ ( ถ้าไม่พอทำการเปลี่ยน )
7. สรุปและแจ้งให้ลูกค้ารับทราบการดำเนินการติดตั้ง

ขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง
1. ติดตั้งคอยล์เย็น ( อีวาพอเรเตอร์ ) เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่อยู่ภายในอาคาร ดังนี้ ติดแผ่นเพลท เข้ากับผนังอาคารต้องติดให้ตำแหน่งด้านขวามมือต่ำกว่าซ้ายมือโดยการวัดระดับน้ำเพื่อไม่ให้น้ำย้อน จากนั้นเจาะผนังเพื่อนำท่อทองแดงพร้อมสายไฟและท่อน้ำทิ้ง ออกนอกอาคาร หลังจากนั้นทำการติดตั้งคอยล์เย็น
2. ติดตั้งคอยล์ร้อน อยู่ภายนอกอาคาร ควรหาจุดติดตั้งบริเวณที่ไม่โดนแดดหรือฝน จะเป็นสิ่งที่ดี และควรสังเกตุบริเวณใกล้เคียงจุดที่จะติดตั้งด้วยว่า แรงลมร้อนที่พัดออกมาจะไปกระทบกับผู้อื่นหรือไม่
3. เดินท่อน้ำยาแอร์จากคอยล์เย็นมาหาคอยล์ร้อน
4. เดินสายไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร และ เดินสายออกมานอกอาคารมาแนวเดียวกับท่อแอร์ และ ท่อน้ำทิ้ง
5. เมื่อติดตั้งอุปกรณ์จากข้อ 1-4 เสร็จแล้ว จากนั้นให้ทำ Vacuum ระบบกับชุดคอยล์เย็น เท่านั้น กรณีเป็นแอร์ใหม่หรือแอร์เก่าที่ถูกเก็บน้ำยา ( Pump Down ) มาก่อนแล้ว - ข้อสังเกตุ Service Valve(Stop Valve) ทั้ง Hi และ Low จะต้องอยู่ในตำแหน่งปิดเสมอ - หลังจาก Vacuum ระบบเสร็จแล้ว ให้เปิด Valve ที่ท่อ Hi ก่อน ( ท่อเล็ก ) จากนั้นจึงเปิด Valve ที่ท่อ Low ตาม - ทำการสำรวจรอยรั่วตามจุดต่อต่างๆ - จากนั้นเปิดแอร์ให้เครื่องทำงานประมาณ 10 นาทีให้ทำการตรวจสอบน้ำยาแรงดันในระบบ สำหรับ R22= 78-80 psi และ R32 ,R410a = 150-160 psi กระแสไฟต้องไม่เกินกว่าในระบบได้แจ้งไว้ ดูได้จาก Name Plate ด้านข้างของคอยล์ร้อน - ถ้าตรวจสอบแล้วน้ำยาปกติ กระแสปกติ คอยล์เย็นจะต้องมีความเย็นออกมา และ คอยล์ร้อนต้องมีการระบายลมร้อนออกมา ถือว่าแอร์ทำงานได้สมบูรณ์ แต่หากตรวจพบน้ำยาขาดสามารถเติมเพิ่มได้ ตามรูปแบบของน้ำยาแต่ละชนิด
6. กรณีแอร์ไม่ได้มีการเก็บน้ำยามา ให้ทำการ Vacuum ทั้งคอยล์ร้อนและคอยล์เย็น - ข้อสังเกตุ Service Valve(Stop Valve) ทั้ง Hi และ Low ต้องอยู่ในตำแหน่งเปิดสุดทั้งคู่จากนั้นให้เริ่ม ทำการ Vacuum ได้ - เมื่อเรา Vacuum ระบบเสร็จแล้วยังไม่ต้องเปิดแอร์ ให้ทำการเติมน้ำยาแอร์เข้าระบบได้เลย โดยปริมาณในการเติมนั้นดูได้จาก Name Plate ข้างตู้คอยล์เย็น - เช่นเดียวกันกับกรณีข้างต้น ให้ทำการตรวจสอบน้ำยาในระบบต้องได้แรงดันตามที่กำหนดไว้ และกระแสก็ต้องได้ตามที่กำหนดไว้เช่นกัน

หลังทำการติดตั้ง
1. แอร์ทำงานได้ปกติ
2. ช่างแสดงให้ลูกค้าได้เห็นว่าแอร์มีระบบกราวด์เรีบยร้อยเพื่อความปลอดภัย
3. ช่างพาตรวจสอบงานหลังการติดตั้ง ( แนวท่อ , จุดเจาะผนัง , คอมเพรสเซอร์ , จุดที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม )
4. ช่างทำการสอนการใช้งานรีโมทและวิธีดูแลรักษาให้กับลูกค้า
5. ช่างตรวจเช็คจุดติดตั้ง ต้องแน่นหนาไม่หลุด หลวม
6. ทำความสะอาดและเก็บหน้างานให้เรียบร้อย อุปกรณ์มาตรฐานการติดตั้ง

1. ท่อน้ำทิ้งระยะ 4 เมตร
2. สายไฟระยะ 4 เมตร
3. สายสายดินระยะ 4 เมตร
4. ชุดรางครอบท่อน้ำยาระยะ 4 เมตร
5. ชุดรางครอบสายไฟระยะ 4 เมตร
6. เบรกเกอร์ +กล่อง1 ชุด
7. ขายางรอง คอยล์ร้อน 1 ชุด

✔️ 1. Presence at Service Location
The customer must be present at the service location on the scheduled date. If another person is assigned to oversee the service, that person will be considered authorized to make decisions on behalf of the customer.

✔️ 2. Rescheduling or Cancellation
Any reschedule or cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a service charge as determined by the company.

✔️ 3. Preparation of Service Area
The customer must prepare the area to ensure convenience and safety for the technicians during service.

✔️ 4. Air Conditioner Readiness
The air conditioner must be in working condition before the cleaning service. If the unit is not ready, the customer is advised to book repair or troubleshooting services instead.
If the cleaning service is booked but cannot be performed due to the unit’s condition, the company will proceed as follows:

• Pay only the travel fee of 300 THB

• Reschedule the cleaning within 30 days (once the unit is ready)

• Request inspection and repair quotation (according to company rates)

• If the customer insists on proceeding with the cleaning despite the unit being unready, the company will not provide any warranty and will not be responsible for any damage

✔️ 5. Service Documentation Photos
The company reserves the right to take photos before and after the service as proof of work and for warranty purposes.

✔️ 6. Use of Water and Cleaning Area
The company may require the use of water, restrooms, or laundry areas to clean equipment during service.

✔️ 7. Parking Fees
Service fees do not include parking charges. If parking fees are required by the location, the customer shall be responsible at the rate of 35 THB per hour.

✔️ 8. Special Regulations of Service Locations
If the service location requires coordination with a property management office or deposit payments, the customer is responsible for such coordination and payments.

✔️ 9. Service at Heights Over 3 Meters
For service locations with heights of over 3 meters, the customer must inform the company in advance so technicians can prepare the necessary equipment. Additional charges may apply (to be confirmed before proceeding).

✔️ 10. Service Liability
The company is liable only for damages directly caused by the service, with compensation limited to a maximum of twice the service fee paid by the customer.
