ProChang Service Warranty

We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our customers. Therefore, we offer a service warranty to ensure that every service we provide is carefully maintained and inspected. If any issues arise after the service, as listed below, please contact us for further assistance.

1. Scope of Warranty

   This warranty applies exclusively to services provided by technicians booked through the ProChang app. The warranty is valid only for the customer whose name and address appear on the warranty document and are consistent with the details in the quotation.

2. Warranty Period

   The warranty period begins from the date of service completion and is valid for 90 days. It covers only repairs or corrections of defects resulting from the installation or work performed by the technicians.

3. Modifications and Approval

   Any modifications, alterations, additions, or repairs made to the work after service completion must be pre-approved by the technicians through ProChang's official channels. Failure to obtain approval will immediately void the warranty.

4. Reporting Issues During Warranty Period

   If the customer identifies any defects or damage covered by the warranty, they must notify ProChang's customer service within 7 days of discovering the issue. The technicians will then inspect and correct the issue as needed.

5. Inspection and Repair Process

   If the inspection concludes that the damage is due to a defect in the installation, the technicians will repair the issue in accordance with the warranty terms at no additional cost, up to the service amount specified in the quotation. If the original product or part is unavailable, it will be replaced with a comparable item of similar value.

6. Warranty Exclusions

   1. If the inspection determines that the damage was not caused by the technicians' work or was due to misuse, ProChang reserves the right to deny responsibility for that damage.
   2. The following types of damage or defects are not covered by the warranty:
      • Improper use or failure to follow instructions provided by the technicians or the manufacturer.
      • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations made by third parties.
      • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors beyond control, such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
      • Normal wear and tear over time or damage due to standard use.
      • Damage caused by third parties unrelated to the repair work.

7. Additional Repairs or Corrections

   If a defect occurs within the warranty scope, the technicians will provide repairs free of charge. However, the correction will not extend the original warranty period.

ProChang Service Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment and Cancellation:

   • Customers can schedule services through the ProChang app, and we will confirm the appointment via the system.
   • If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

2. Service Delivery:

   • Our technicians will perform the service to the highest standards of safety and quality.
   • The time required for each job may vary depending on the complexity. Our technicians will provide an estimate of the process and expected duration.
   • If issues arise beyond the agreed scope of service, we will assess the situation and inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.

3. Service Guarantee:

   • We offer a 30-day service guarantee from the date of completion. If any issues arise as a result of our work, you can contact us for a free correction.
   • The guarantee does not cover misuse or damages caused by external factors beyond our control.

4. Responsibility for Property:

   • Our technicians will handle your property with the utmost care during the service.
   • ProChang will be responsible for any damage caused by technician negligence, within reasonable limits.

5. Payment:

   • Payments can be made securely online after the service is completed.
   • ProChang reserves the right to adjust pricing if there are changes to the scope of work, with customer approval before any additional work is carried out.
